Prynhawn o ddigwydiad llesiant, gan gynnwys crefftau, ioga a baddon gongiau. Ar gyfer pobl ifanc yn eu harddegau a'u rhieni, lle mae'r ddau sy'n ofalwyr di-dâl. An afternoon of wellbeing activities including crafts, yoga and a sound bath. For teens and their parents, where both are unpaid carers.

About the Event
The plan for the day is as follows:
12.00 - 12.30: Welcome with a cuppa / soft drink / snacks (lunch not provided, please bring packed lunch if you would like)
12.30 - 1.30: Craft with Charlie. Needlefelting a mascot (materials and tools to take home provided)
1.30 - 1.45: tea and cake break
1.45 - 3.45: yoga and journalling with Louise (pens and notebooks provided, but please bring your own if you prefer. Also bring a yoga mat if you have one, we can possibly supply spares)
3.45 - 4.00: tea and cake break
