Mae’r grŵp cefnogi dementia Cwlwm Côf RAY yn le diogel a chroesawgar ar gyfer rhai sydd ganddynt dementia a’u gofalwyr / The RAY Forget Me Knot dementia support group is a friendly welcoming safe space for those with dementia and their carers.

About the Event
Mae’r grŵp yn cyfrafod yn wythnosol ar ddydd Gwener am 10.30-1yp ac fe drefnir gweithgareddau i gwrdd â gofynion a diddordebau y rhai sy’n mynychu, gan gynnwys coginio, celf a chrefft, canu a theithiau achlysurol i leoedd o ddidordeb lleol gan ddefnyddio bws mini RAY. Rydym yn croesawi gwirfoddolwyr i helpu gefnogi’r aelodau sy’n mynychu ac fe fyddem yn arbennig yn hoffi recriwtio gwirfoddolwyr sy’n siarad Cymraeg.

The group meets every week on Fridays from 10.30-1pm and activities are arranged to meet the needs and interests of those that attend and include cooking, arts and crafts, singing and occasional outings to places of local interest using the RAY minibus. We welcome volunteer to help support the members that attend and would particularly like to recruit volunteers who are Welsh speaking.
