About the Event
An opportunity for support / advice and to meet others carers of children and young people with additional needs / disability and or emerging needs.
1st Friday of the month —Meet the Children’s disability health team (CDHT) practitioner/s to chat / ask any questions
3rd Friday of the month —Meet Credu Gofalwyr Ceredigion Carers for support / short breaks advice and young carer s advice
